Shipping and Returns

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Euforia Sneakers Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays), with response times within 24 hours.

Reports received during the weekend will be handled from the first working day.


SHIPPING

In Italy, shipping is free and orders are delivered within 2–6 business days.

In Europe, delivery takes 4–6 business days at a cost of €19.90 (except for countries with customs duties such as Norway and Switzerland, where the cost is €25.00, customs duties excluded, payable by the customer even if the order is not accepted).

In the USA / Canada, delivery takes 7–10 business days at a cost of €35.00 (USA) / €50.00 (Canada), customs duties included.

In Asia, delivery takes 7–10 business days at a cost of €60.00, customs duties excluded, payable by the customer even if the order is not accepted.

Delivery times may vary due to customs restrictions, adverse weather conditions, peak seasons/holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

PRE-ORDER

Items marked as Pre-Order will be shipped starting 45 days from the purchase date. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to ship.


RETURNS FOR REFUNDS OR SIZE CHANGES

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days from receipt of the product. To do so, they must inform Euforia Sneakers Customer Service of their intention to start the return process within this period.

Defective items will be replaced with the same product type, subject to availability. Euforia Sneakers is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after the order has been shipped.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    Contact Euforia Sneakers Customer Service at: news@euforiasneakers.com to request a return (refund or size exchange).

    Available return methods are:

    1. After informing Customer Service of the return, ship the order (shipping costs borne by the customer) to:

      Via E. Tarantelli, 20
      22076 Mozzate (CO), Italy

    2. After informing Customer Service of the return, request the prepaid shipping label for collection by the courier appointed by Euforia Sneakers. Print and attach the provided documents to the package and deliver it on the business day indicated by Customer Service


    RETURN CONDITIONS

    Italy

      • Refund only: a fee of €20.00 will be deducted for courier pickup.

      • Size exchange: a fee of €7.00 will be deducted for pickup and reshipment, both via courier.

    Europe

      • Refund only: a fee of €25.00 will be deducted for courier pickup.

      • Size exchange: a fee of €14.00 will be deducted for pickup and reshipment, both via courier.

    USA / CANADA
    For all orders from the USA / CANADA, in case of refund or size exchange, the return will be at the customer’s expense (including return customs duties). Customers may use their own courier of choice. For exchanges, a new order must be placed.

    ASIA and non-EU countries
    For all orders from Asia and non-EU countries, in case of refund or size exchange, the return will be at the customer’s expense (including return customs duties). Customers may use their own courier of choice. For exchanges, a new order must be placed.

    Refunds for returned items will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, net of applicable shipping costs. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

    The Customer undertakes to return the Product:

      • Intact, in excellent condition, and in its original packaging.

      • Not used, worn, washed, or damaged, except as necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the Product and ensure it matches the Order Confirmation.

    If the above conditions are not met, Euforia Sneakers reserves the right to refuse the return.
